Quick... what's the tallest building in Wisconsin west of the Milwaukee River in Downtown Milwaukee?  The 30-story Moderne will soon be the answer.  Nikee Baldewicz, Cheri Hipenbecker and Craig Haskins of Knight-Barry's commercial team worked for over a year on the closing of the $55million project of luxury apartments and condominiums set to break ground in January 2011.  Construction Escrow Coordinator, Jennifer Held, will disburse construction funds over the next 18 months as the property rises over Milwaukee.
