Knight-Barry Title Group has been chosen to issue the title insurance for the construction of the hotel and to facilitate the closings of all condos in The Residences at Hotel Palomar. The $145 million development, northwest of Old World Third Street and Juneau Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, has been proposed by Milwaukee-based Ruvin Development and Dallas-based Gatehouse Capital Corp. The project would include a 176-room luxury hotel, 63 condominiums, a spa, fitness center, restaurant, nightclub and retail space. A sales center for the condos will open on May 19.
