Craig Haskins
Executive Vice President

Craig oversees the company's daily operations and his areas of expertise include commercial title insurance, complicated closings and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. He is very active in the title industry and serves on several Wisconsin and National committees. He is also on the Board of Directors for both the Wisconsin Land Title Association and the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2007, Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle appointed Craig to the Wisconsin Electronic Recording Commission to make recommendations for the establishment of a system for the electronic recording of real estate documents. Craig received his Bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 1995 and started with Knight-Barry shortly thereafter.

Cheri (Hagen) Hipenbecker
Agency Counsel

Responsible for commercial title and legal matters. Graduate - University of Minnesota Law School. Practiced real estate and corporate law for 7 years with Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. counseling clients on real estate matters including residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, financing and leasing. Member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association. Admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 1999; with KB since 2007.

Ann Wise
Sr. Commercial Title Examiner

Senior commercial title examiner, responsible for Knight-Barry's commercial title files and policies. Other responsibilities include survey review, title underwriting and endorsement issuance. Licensed title examiner with nearly 12 years of experience in the title industry in Wisconsin, as well as Minnesota; with KB since 1996.

Tammy Mervin
National Commercial Accounts Manager

Over 15 years experience in the local and national title insurance industry. Responsible for the management of all aspects of national commercial orders including coordinating title, closing and escrow services on single site or multi-location transactions from the beginning to the end with extensive knowledge working with national commercial development projects. Licensed title examiner and notary public, with KB since 2007.

David Roeper
Director of Commercial Services

Over 40 years of experience in the local and national commercial title insurance industry. Extremely knowledgeable with title and closing procedures throughout the United States – including the most complicated multi-site, multi-state transactions.

Roger Davison
Residential Sales Manager

Over 25 years experience in residential and commercial title insurance sales, production, closing, escrow and agency operations. Manages residential operations of Downtown Milwaukee office and oversees marketing efforts for Metro Milwaukee and Waukesha. Experienced in residential land and condominium development in addition to being a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker since 1977. Past Director of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association (’94-‘98). Past Director—Metro Association of Realtors (’85-87). With KB since 2006.

Jessica Dunn
Account Executive

Responsibilities include: Organizing direct marketing and commercial and residential sales efforts. Previously with Shorewest REALTORS. Member of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin, Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS and Women Commercial Real Estate. Graduate from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin with a Bachelors in Marketing and Human Resources. Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson, 2004; with KB since 2007.

Responsibilities include searching, examining, survey review, title underwriting and endorsement issuance for commercial title files and policies. Additional responsibilities include recordings, chain of title reports, letter reports and property profiles. Licensed title examiner with over 10 years experience; with KB since 2005.

Lisa Barnekow
Director of Administration

Responsible for the management of all company wide financial analysis, budgeting, facilities and vendor coordination and human resources activities. Nine years experienced in the HR field. Graduated from Concordia University with a BA in Management and Communications, & a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. With KB since 2007.

Liz Peetz
National Accounts Coordinator

Responsible for national commercial orders including coordinating title, closing and escrow services on single site transactions from the beginning to the end. Additional responsibilities include recordings and management for all Knight-Barry offices on eRecording. Licensed title examiner and notary public, with KB since 2004.

Over 10 years of experience as a residential and commercial title searcher. Responsibilities include searching and examining of land records, circuit court records and tax information; with KB since 2007.

Responsible for the direction, management and implementation of the IT infrastructure and services provided to both employees and customers. 4 years prior IT experience; with KB since 2008.

Title and Escrow Coordinator
