Real Estate Closers / Licensed Title Agents wanted for new and expanded title insurance offices in Ft. Myers, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tampa and St. Augustine!
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Prepare closing documents and disclosures and perform residential closings.
  • Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, and other title and closing personnel to solve issues encountered on specific transactions.
  • Market the company's services to prospective customers by providing an outstanding closing experience.
  • Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other potential customers.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • A minimum of 2 years of real estate or lending experience with direct customer contact.
  • The ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
  • A good understanding of Florida real estate closing procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college preferred.

Closing Processor - Destin, FL, Deerfield Beach, FL, Whitefish Bay, WI, Menominee, MI, Kenosha, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Obtains necessary information from the parties involved in the transaction, prepares closing documents and transmits instructions to parties involved.
  • Creates ledgers, cuts checks, initiates wires according to closing instructions.
  • Assists customers by providing general information on company escrow services, procedures and status of transactions.
  • Performs clerical duties if needed such as answering phones, entering orders, scanning files and other general office duties.
  • Conducts closings of limited complexity to gain experience if candidate wishes to progress into additional responsibilities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Some understanding of the purpose of title insurance and related services
  • Some understanding of the terminology of legal instruments involved in transactions.
  • Ability to determine and prepare necessary forms to complete transactions; to type forms accurately; to follow instructions; to make arithmetic computations; to meet and deal with the public effectively.
  • Analytical ability sufficient to perform varied tasks of limited complexity guided by general company procedures and supervisor instructions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and to use common office suite software, such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.

  • Three years of clerical experience related to escrow operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Closing and Sales Agent - Portage, WI, Green Lake, WI, Hayward, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists with the preparation of closing statements and disclosures and perform residential closings.
  • Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
  • Market the company's services to prospective customers by being amazing during the closing, attend industry networking events and make frequent contact with potential and existing customers.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, and other title and closing personnel to solve issues encountered on specific transactions.Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other potential customers.
  • The Closing/Sales Agent will be trained to handle all of the above; however, the ideal candidate will have many of these responsibilities already mastered.

Title Examiner - Menominee, MI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Searches land records both online and at local courthouses as well as examines titles of routine to considerable complexity in accordance with company procedures and local examining practices to determine the status of title.
  • Abstracts and analyzes deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments, mineral reservations and other applicable instruments.
  • Responds to various requests from company employees, attorneys and the customers regarding status of legal title and insurability of title.
  • Files unrecorded documents, making sure fees are correct and documents are properly recorded.
  • Compiles information from city, county and other public records for updating company files, logs and indexes.
  • Performs other general office duties, including answering phones, greeting customers, scanning and typing.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Analytical ability to perform tasks that are varied and short-term, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to locate, accurately compile and interpret information affecting status of title to real property.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, meet deadlines and to perform tasks requiring some physical exertion, in order to lift cumbersome records books.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to operate computer and peripherals.Valid drivers license for travel to county courthouses.
