Final Policy Title Examiner - Racine, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Searches land records and examines deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments/liens, taxes and other documents which affect the insurability of title.
  • Prepares title insurance commitments and related documents for Final Policy.
  • Communicates with customers on an as needed basis.
  • Performs various administrative duties including typing, filing, scanning and emailing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Must be computer-proficient in Google G-Suite Applications and be able to type 50+ WPM.
  • Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail required.Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills required.
  • A well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions is preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • High school graduation/equivalent required with one year administrative experience preferred.
  •  Licensed Title Examiner strongly preferred.
  • Previous Title Industry experience preferred.
 
Closing Assistant - Red Wing, MN, & Oconomowoc, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Completes escrow files with appropriate information, obtains necessary information from parties involved in transaction, prepares closing documents and transmits escrow instructions to parties involved.
  • Creates ledgers, cuts checks, initiates wires according to closing instructions.
  • Assists customers by providing general information on company escrow services, procedures and status of cases.
  • Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, entering orders, scanning files and other general office duties.
  • May assist with conducting closings of limited complexity.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of the purpose and use of title insurance and of related services; of the purpose and terminology of legal instruments involved in escrow transactions; and in the insuring of title to real property.
  • Ability to determine and prepare necessary forms to complete escrow transactions; to type forms accurately; to follow instructions; to make arithmetic computations; to meet and deal with the public effectively.
  • Analytical ability sufficient to perform varied tasks of limited complexity guided by general company escrow procedures and escrow supervisor instructions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and to use common office suite software, such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
 
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of clerical experience related to escrow operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
 
Closing Agent - Destin, FL, Red Wing, MN, Eau Claire, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings.
  • Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
  • Market the company's services to prospective customers.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers and other company closers and title examiners on transactional and title issues encountered on specific transactions.
  • Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other customers to the company.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact.
  • The ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
  • A good understanding of real estate closing procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
 
Closing and Sales Agent - Portage, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings.
  • Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
  • Market the company's services to prospective customers by being amazing during the closing, attends industry networking events and makes frequent contact with potential and existing customers.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers and and other company closers and title examiners on transactional and title issues encountered on specific transactions.
  • Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other customers to the company.
  • The Closing/Sales Agent will be trained to handle all of the above; however, the ideal candidate will have many of these responsibilities already mastered.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact.
