Real Estate Closer and Closing Processor - Nocatee, World Golf Village or St. Augustine, FL
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare closing documents and disclosures and perform residential closings.
  • Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, and other title and closing personnel to solve issues encountered on specific transactions.
  • Market the company's services to prospective customers by providing an outstanding closing experience.
  • Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other potential customers.

  • Market the company's services to prospective customers by being amazing during the closing, attend industry networking events and make frequent contact with potential and existing customers.
  • Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers, and other title and closing personnel to solve issues encountered on specific transactions. Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other potential customers.
  • The Closing/Sales Agent will be trained to handle all of the above; however, the ideal candidate will have many of these responsibilities already mastered.

Closing Assistant - Sheboygan, WI 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receives and screens telephone callers or visitors. Gives information to callers; assists them in determining proper person/department to contact; takes messages as appropriate. Assists visitors as necessary.
  • Performs routine but varied clerical duties which may include any of the following: sorting and distributes incoming mail; preparing outgoing mail and/or overnight mail; typing, scanning; posts information to records.
  • May complete mail and e-recordings for residential department within a timely manner.
  • Completes escrow files with appropriate information, obtains necessary information from parties involved in transaction, prepares closing documents and transmits escrow instructions to parties involved.
  • Creates ledgers, cuts checks, initiates wires according to closing instructions.
  • Assists customers by providing general information on company escrow services, procedures and status of cases.
  • Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, entering orders, scanning files and other general office duties.
  • May assist with conducting closings of limited complexity.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of the purpose and use of title insurance and related services; of the purpose and terminology of legal instruments involved in escrow transactions; and in the insuring of title to real property.
  • Ability to determine and prepare the necessary forms to complete escrow transactions; to type forms accurately; to follow instructions; to make arithmetic computations; to meet and deal with the public effectively.
  • Analytical ability sufficient to perform varied tasks of limited complexity guided by general company escrow procedures and escrow supervisor instructions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and to use common office suite software, such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Title Examiner -  Milwaukee, WI, Spooner, WI
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Examines titles of routine to considerable complexity in accordance with company procedures and local examining practices to determine the status of title.
  • Abstracts and analyzes deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments, mineral reservations and other applicable instruments.
  • Responds to various requests from company employees, attorneys and the customers regarding status of legal title and insurability of title.
  • Files unrecorded documents, making sure fees are correct and documents are properly recorded.
  • Compiles information from city, county and other public records for updating company files, logs and indexes.
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Analytical ability to perform tasks that are varied and short-term, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to locate, accurately compile and interpret information affecting status of title to real property.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, meet deadlines and to perform tasks requiring some physical exertion, in order to lift cumbersome records books.

Account Executive - Sturgeon Bay, WI 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish and conduct sales and marketing programs to increase local market share.
  • Educate prospective and existing customers about our business solutions.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Network at association meetings and other appropriate social functions.
  • Market company services using marketing materials and suitable promotional items and by taking orders for title insurance and other services.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for potential orders.
  • Monitor activities and expenses periodically.
  • Act as a liaison between the Company’s Accounts Receivable Department and the customer in regards to unpaid invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong title, real estate, or lending background required.
  • Familiar with current marketing and advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and by telephone with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
  • Ability to positively represent the company.
  • Demonstrated negotiating and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, with two or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in a real estate or financial services organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to pass the State title licensing exam, or license required.
 
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver’s license for day travel around Door County required.
  • Mileage reimbursement available.
  • Would be expected to become a notary to have the ability to conduct closings.
