It’s another exciting day for Knight Barry Title in Florida. With our acquisition of MLS Title in Fort Myers and our existing office in nearby Sanibel, we now have two locations in Lee County.
When Knight Barry Title opens a new office anywhere, we follow the lead of the local, experienced staff members when it comes to serving loyal customers and connecting with new ones. That’s what we did when we opened our Sanibel location in 2019, which is now one of our busiest offices in the state, and we’ll do the same in Fort Myers.
Joining Knight Barry was truly the best move for MLS owner Susan Malach. Susan and her great employees – Kathy, Miriam and Anna – will be the foundation of our new office and continue to provide great customer service. We’re looking to hire, too, and though Susan will eventually be retiring, she’s excited for the new chapter for all involved. “It’s important for me to know that my staff, who I adore, and my customers are going to be well taken care of, even long after I leave,” she said. “This company is my baby, but I’ve been doing it for over 20 years, and while I love it, I’m ready for a change.”
We think locally to make sure every Knight Barry Title office feels like home to our customers. In Sanibel, we know the entire community takes pride in its small-town atmosphere, and our team loves being part of that. Fort Myers is a great place and we are excited to be able to serve even more of Southwest Florida with this new office.
