The purchase of Island
Title brings the Knight Barry Title brand to the beautiful St. Augustine area.
Led by Vickie Rianda, who has nearly two decades of industry experience, Island
Title is a proud part of the local community. Rianda and her caring staff are
very excited for this next chapter as part of a company with the strength of
Knight Barry Title.
Knight Barry Title and
its leadership are thrilled to bring their brand into a new area of Florida. In
addition to St. Augustine, KBT operates five additional offices in Florida.
Four of them are in and around the Panhandle (Crestview, Destin, Panama City
Beach and Pensacola), and the other office is located in Sanibel.
“We have added three
offices to our growing Florida portfolio in the last couple of months, and our
team will continue to search for more companies that want to be a part of what
we stand for and what we’re trying to accomplish,” said Craig Haskins, KBT’s
chief operating officer. “As I’ve said before, it doesn’t matter where you are
in Florida. If you’re interested in joining us, we’d love to talk to you.”
As part of the acquisition, Rianda
and her team are staying on to operate the St. Augustine office. Continuity and
retaining local expertise to maintain that familiarity with customers are all
key for Haskins when evaluating whether a company would be a good fit for
Knight Barry Title.

working directly with our loyal customers,” Rianda said. “We are excited to
become part of Knight Barry Title and know the new support and resources will
allow us to help our clients and our community in even more ways. We’ve served
