Knight Barry Title is proud to announce that Amy Giovannoni has joined the company as the Branch Manager for the Lake Geneva and Janesville offices. Amy brings over two decades of experience in the title industry and a deep commitment to customer service, leadership, and operational excellence.
Amy began her title career more than 22 years ago during the refinance boom of the early 2000s. Over the years, she has gained comprehensive experience across all aspects of the industry — from title searching and reviewing to closing, disbursing, and policy issuance. Her diverse background also includes time as a Real Estate Paralegal, during which she refined her ability to interpret title documents and the legal nuances of real estate transactions. "That position presented a rounding of all things title," Amy said. "It gave me a foundation that helps me understand each client's needs from every angle of the process."
When asked what drew her to Knight Barry, Amy shared, "I was looking for a company that truly values relationships and understands that success in markets like Walworth and Rock Counties comes from a hands-on, personal approach." Having previously worked with many of the staff members in the Lake Geneva and Janesville offices, Amy will be a new but familiar face to many. She's excited about this next chapter in her career and looks forward to reconnecting with local clients while strengthening Knight Barry's commitment to service and collaboration.
