Wishing you a Happy Summer

Happy Summer from Knight Barry Title!

Before the calendar gets too far into August, Knight Barry Title wanted to say that we hope you all had a great summer.

For a lot of us in the Midwest, this season means a Florida vacation. Whether it’s a beach on the Gulf, a trip to Disney or a getaway to the Keys, plenty of our neighbors have a favorite spot in the Sunshine State.

We’ve been spending some time down south as well. But it’s not all play for the Knight Barry Title Group. We are still searching for more growth opportunities all over Florida. As you may have heard, Knight Barry Title added its first and second Florida offices earlier this year, and we’re not done yet.

Local Realtors and lenders – as well as the entire communities – of Pensacola and Crestview have been welcoming and awesome to us. We’re happy to say we already expanding the Knight Barry Title Pensacola office to better serve our customers.

Our arrival has gotten national attention too. Several outlets documented one or both of our new offices and TitleNews, a magazine put out by the American Land Title Association, published a piece from me in its April edition. (You can view a digital copy of the publication here.) We are so proud.

If you or someone you know is looking for an exit strategy – or just are intrigued by the support a family-owned, strong company from Wisconsin could give your team – I would love to talk to you. A lot goes into determining whether becoming part of our growing family is the best move for you, but we’re always ready to strike up that conversation. Knight Barry Title is proud of its long and illustrious history, and we’d love to have you join us for the new Florida chapter of that story.

No matter if you’re in Florida, Wisconsin, Minnesota or Michigan, we thank our great customers for using our 60+ locations for the best, most innovative title and escrow services in the industry. We are grateful for your business through the years and are excited about our future endeavors together to serve your customers well.
